This course is rooted in the wisdom of our rich, ancient Celtic traditions, which are embodied in the cycles of the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
You will explore how each transition impacts you both outwardly and inwardly, and how your energy ebbs and flows with the rhythm of each phase of the wheel. We will journey together through this sacred cycle, honouring the teachings of each Festival. With every transition, we reweave the ancient wisdom of the wheel to help us navigate the modern world with skill and grace.
Each session will delve into the essence of the current season, reflecting on what is unfolding in nature and within ourselves. We will explore how new beginnings stir beneath the surface, how challenges and growth emerge, and how we can align ourselves with the energy of the Celtic Wheel.
Every evening will offer insights into the current time of the year, small group discussions on how to integrate what you have learned into your life, and a guided meditation that connects you to the energy of the present season.
